Describing the progress made in India through initiatives such as the WinS, and legislation for the Rights to Education that includes the rights to water and sanitation. Programme for roll out to the states of India.


2. Rio Hada, OHCHR (Office of High Commission of Human Rights) (5 mins)

Relating the issue of the rights for children to access clean water and sanitation to other countries, and recommendations or ideas for how to encourage integration into law and policy.
